Dr. Twahir Kiobya is a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the College of Information and Communication Technologies. He has a PhD in Enterprise Information Systems and Engineering from Donghua University, China (2025), a Master of Engineering in Computer Applied Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan, China (2012), and a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from Donghua University in Shanghai, China (2009). 

The research areas Mr Kiobya is interested in include Computer Networks, Algorithm Design and Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, Graph theory, and Deep learning.
