Florian Mkemwa is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Dar es Salaam. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Telecommunications Engineering from UDSM and is currently pursuing his PhD in Telecommunications engineering at the same institution.

His academic and research intetests include through-the-wall radar imaging, signal processing, machine learning and wireless communication.
